    Andrea brings over 25 years of experience supporting organisations, leaders, and individuals through change and workplace development. Whether guiding culture review findings, delivering workshops, or facilitating leadership programs, she combines practical guidance with a reflective, human-centred approach to help people understand the complex dynamics that shape culture and performance.

    Curious about human behaviour, team dynamics, and the beliefs that influence how we work, Andrea draws on extensive experience across corporate, government, and not-for-profit sectors. She is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation and Professional Member of Australian Human Resources Institute (AHRI).
