An important part of career coaching is introducing new ideas. When you only have your own experience – or the perspectives of those close to you – as a reference point, it can be difficult to see what career paths are possible, what roles are evolving, or what steps are needed to make a transition.

Confronting Career Change?

When confronting career change, we find individuals fall into three categories:

No idea, but it has to better than this
Have some ideas, but don’t know where to start
Know what I want, but don’t know how to achieve it

Being ready to make a change takes time. Sometimes the motivation comes from a sense of possibility; other times it comes from a situation that’s no longer working. Whatever the catalyst, clarity and support make the process easier.

Services and Process.

Our program is tailored to your goals and provides objective, informed guidance to help you gain:

Insight and increased self awareness of your strengths, capability, and mindset
Exploration of career possibilities, along with realistic advice about the requirements and realities of different paths

Sessions can be customised to include some or all of the following elements:

Career preference assessment
Personal strengths profile
Career possibility mapping
Guided research and resources
Career strategy and transition plan
Developing your BBQ pitch
Identifying target industries and employers
Job search and networking strategy
Review of resume and LinkedIn profile

Delivery and Fees.

All sessions are delivered online and supported by relevant tools, research, and assessments.

We typically recommend four to five sessions to cover the core elements of a successful career change, though programs can be tailored to your needs.

Sessions are $295 (incl GST) per hour.
All assessments and resources are included.
