- An online team survey as an opportunity to surface essential perspectives
- Phone interviews with team members to share deeper insights
- A self assessment tool, such as CliftonStrengths
- An interactive team offsite to connect, learn about each other and co-design ways of working
- Visual team charter capturing the team’s commitment
- A group coaching session six weeks following the offsite to reflect on progress and challenges
The program can also be enhanced by pairing it with our practical Team Workshops, building skills that reinforce healthy culture and sustainable performance.
